The default permission of view and display of Orgchart is only available within the Admin permission or users assigned an admin roles and permissions.
To allow all user to view the OrgChart as a pre-set option, go to "Settings" at the bottom left-side as an admin > Click on "Roles and Permissions", Select the role or roles you want to grant an view access to,
At the end of the "Employee" column, click on "More", under the "View Designation", change the current settings to "All",then click "Save" at the end of the page.
How to view to find the Orgchart and Heirartchy in the main menu or sidebar?
Click on "HR" at the side-left menu, click on "Designation", then select the hierarchy icon on the right-side of the page.
To expand the view and visibility of the OrgChart or Hierarchy, click on the Expand Icon on right side of page as per the image below:
How to Add and Restructure the OrgChart or Hierarchy?
To add a new role to the Hierarchy or OrgChart, you will need to click on "Add Designation", add the new role, assign it under an existing role or line manager role, then click on "Save".
To change the location or position of a specific role to a new location, simply drag and drop under a new role or location.
Note that at this moment, the OrgChart is to display the overall structure of the company hierarchy without displaying the profiles or user. The feature of auto-link roles, designation, and profile all together is under-development and expected to be available and auto-functional soon. Thank you for your understanding and patience :)
