Generate and Send Letters and Agreements


Types of letter and agreement that you can generate or create:

  • Offer letters to candidates

  • Hiring agreement template

  • Welcome letters

  • Employees' related letters

  • And much more.


Generate letters related to Employees - Summary steps:

  1. Create template by adding a new template,

  2. Go to "Letter" in left-side of the menu,

  3. Click on "Template",

  4. Then click on "Add Template",

  5. Fill the required information such as template "Title" and body details,

  6. Then, click on "Save".

  7. Navigate to "Letter" again in left-side of the menu,

  8. Click on "Generate",

  9. Then click on "Add New",

  10. Fill, edit, or amend the required details, then click on "Save".


You can either download and send it manually to the employee through the messaging system or email; or you can print it and obtain the employee's signature.
