The Deal feature is a central component of our TaskGate platform, designed to streamline the process of managing and tracking transactions with leads. Adding a deal is mandatory for every lead, ensuring all potential opportunities are captured and organized effectively.
Here's a breakdown of the fields required when creating a deal:
Lead Contact: Select the lead from the dropdown menu, which pulls information from the Lead Section. Leads must be added here before associating them with a deal.
Deal Name: Assign a clear and descriptive name to the deal based on your specific requirements.
Pipeline: Pipelines are pre-configured in the Settings section. All available pipelines will appear in the list for selection.
Deal Stage: Deal stages are tied to the selected pipeline. When a pipeline is chosen, its relevant stages will automatically be displayed.
Deal Value: Define the total financial worth of the deal, representing the value of the transaction or agreement.
Create Date: Automatically records the date when the deal is created for accurate tracking.
Deal Category: Categories, created in the Settings, help identify the nature of the deal and its relation to specific business segments.
Deal Agent: Assign a deal agent based on the selected category to ensure smooth handling and follow-up of the deal.
View Deal Info:
The deal will have files, follow-ups, proposals, Notes, and history.
Deal Kanban Board:
