Awards refer to formal recognitions given to employees, teams, or departments for their exceptional performance, dedication, or contributions to the organization. These awards are often part of employee recognition programs aimed at motivating staff, improving morale, and encouraging excellence in the workplace.
Example: Employee of the Month/Year, Teamwork Award, Leadership Award, etc.
Note, company admin or with admin permissions can add, edit, and remove the award from the company setup. Employee will be only able to grant and give an appreciation with edit or remove/delete of their own creation.
How to add Awards to your company profile:
First, you will need to add an "Award" as initial setup.
Now, you can add appreciation after adding an award to the application. Follow the next step:
While creating appreciation, you need to choose the award and employee name along with the date and photo.
On the data table page, there are filters that you can use to filter out the appreciation.
